Hi guys, my name is Kaylana Stoka and this is my blog. I am 14 years old and I am very interested in health and nutrition, which is what my blogs will be about. I haven’t eaten sugar since the very end of 2015 and I hope to inspire many of you guys out there who want to make a positive change to their diet and lifestyle. I want to help/inspire people to feel happy and confident within themselves and their bodies. I hope, through this blog, I can help create a positive change amongst young people and their health and wellbeing. I want to show people that in order to be healthy you don’t have to go on restricted diets and exercise routines.
I enjoy cooking healthy meals and sugar free snacks for my family. I use the I Quit Sugar recipes which taste amazing! I also like to workout 3 days a week in my backyard, where I do the 5×5 programme and every weekday morning I go for a half an hour walk with my mum and dogs.
