During the holidays, while I have watched vast amounts of YouTube, I have also decided to create my own YouTube channel. This channel is to spread the same message as this blog, just through a platform that is more commonly used amongst my target audience. I will be posting once a week on a Sunday with videos on different recipes and talking about health and nutrition.
My aim is the same as this blog, to encourage healthy eating and to share my knowledge with others. I do this by making *hopefully* entertaining videos which will also be informative and helpful.
